MEET THE OWNER
Monica Jones has 29 years of professional experience in the uranium, telecommunications, national security, insurance, and building inspection arenas. Over the years, she has acquired a very unique portfolio of success in positions with the U.S. federal government, quasi-government contractors, the private-sector insurance industry, and banking and government inspection companies.

As an independent contractor in the building inspection arena, Monica thoroughly enjoys conducting these inspections. She believes that her work is a very important spoke in the multi-faceted wheel of all entities involved in ensuring the safe and sanitary conditions of individual properties and communities. Monica values and respects the rights of all citizens to live and work in the very best conditions. She carries these beliefs with her when she conducts each inspection.

To ensure members of residential communities are living in decent, safe, and sanitary environments and to ensure commercial property assets are being properly preserved. To thoroughly inspect and accurately report the status of property construction activities and conditions to third-party entities.

C.I.D. Inspections LLC is a certified, minority-owned and woman-owned small business headquartered in Waldorf, MD. The Company's vision is to continue to grow within the commercial inspection industry. Growth plans include working with multifamily property owners to maintain mandatory state and city business licenses and to grow the Company's independent contractor team to meet market demands. To meet, the commercial inspection industry's ongoing demand for inspectors, C.I.D. Inspections plans to contract and orientate new inspectors in the near-term.
